Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales
Last updated: [JUN 30, 2026]
Welcome to Robot Rock Alive concerts. Purchasing a ticket to any of our events, through our website or official channels, constitutes express and unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose and General Provisions
- The Promoter: This document governs the contractual relationship between the event attendee (hereinafter, the “Customer” or “Holder”) and the organizer of the show, ROBOT ROCK ALIVE S.L., with Tax ID (NIF) B56677248 (hereinafter, the “Promoter”).
- The Ticket: The ticket is a personal, named title that grants its holder the right to access the venue and enjoy the show on the date, time, and place specified on it.
- Ticketing Provider: Tickets for our events are sold exclusively through authorized sales channels. Our official ticketing provider is Weeztix (hereinafter, the “Ticketing Provider”). The Promoter shall not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for tickets purchased outside these official channels or on resale markets.
2. Format, Safekeeping, and Venue Access
- Identification: The ticket is issued in the holder’s name and contains the buyer’s details. To access the venue, security staff may ask the holder to show a valid, original official identity document (DNI, NIE, or passport) matching the name shown on the ticket.
- QR Code Security: The Customer is solely responsible for safeguarding their ticket. Each ticket has a unique QR code that allows access only once. Do not share your ticket with third parties or post it on social media. The Promoter shall not be held liable in the event of duplication, photocopying, or forgery of the ticket; the first code validated will be the only one granting access.
- Venue Regulations: Access to the venue will be subject to the security rules, capacity limits, and specific conditions established by the venue or event space.
3. Minors Policy and Right of Admission
- The Promoter and the venue reserve the right of admission in accordance with current legislation. Access will be denied, or the person will be removed from the venue, if they display violent behavior, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or disrupt the normal running of the show.
- Note for the website: Here you should add your standard minors policy (e.g., “Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian…”).
4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Once purchased, tickets are not eligible for exchange or refund, except in the event of full cancellation of the event, a substantial change of date, or suspension due to causes attributable to the Promoter.
- In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (extreme weather events, pandemics, government restrictions), the Promoter will announce, through its official channels, the measures adopted, which may include rescheduling the event to a new date or refunding the ticket price (excluding the Ticketing Provider’s management fees).
5. Intellectual Property and Image Rights
- Recording the show for commercial or professional use is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization of ROBOT ROCK ALIVE S.L.
- By accessing the venue, the Customer expressly consents to having their image captured during the event by the Promoter’s technical equipment and used for promotional purposes in any format and medium, without any right to compensation.
6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the purchase of tickets, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Tarragona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
